Taking one day at a time. My leg and chest still hurts...but is slowly getting better. Went over to UVA this past Monday and got the staples taking out of my chest, (had them taking out of my leg last week when I was in the hospital). Boy, it hurt like hell when they took them out of my leg!!
I have been using a walker (my new wheels lol ) that I got at the hospital.....but the last few days I've been getting around a good bit without it. I have been taking two kinds of pain pills and a antibiotic. Would you believe the antibiotics cost $600.00 for 14 pills??? Can you even believe that??? Wow...
This Summer sure hasn't been all that great for me...I hope this Fall is better. So glad Fall is almost here.
My Dallas cowboys won thier first game!! UVA isn't doing too good at all this season so far.
OMG you are such a fighter! I would be crying day and night, getting sick would put me over the edge at this time of my life... Reading your story truly makes me believe that we can overcome just about anything!
