Christmas season

Wow, it's been over two months since I wrote in this. Well, it ain't like you missed much. Same old boring life.

It's the holiday season. Got my little Christmas tree up. Also got the lights up all over the patio and around the door. Don't have much extra money this year, so won't be as much gift getting this year from me. As for me, I never get much anyway, so won't be any different for me. lol

I won't be sending out as many Christmas cards out this year. I love sending them out, (I think it's a big part of Christmas). But people just don't do it much anymore.....and I get tired of sending them to people, and NEVER getting them back. So, I'll be sending them to the people that I know will send one back.

Fall is here

Fall is in the air. Has been cool the last few days. Got down to 39 degrees the other morning. So yeah.....Fall time. Fall is my favorite season. Cool nights (and days), changing of the leaves, Football....  :)

Football season has started also. Both Virginia and Dallas is 1-1. Hope it get's better for both teams!

Back pain

My back has been hurting pretty bad the last four days. It's a little better, but still hurts.

Yesterday was my Birthday. No big deal. I was going over to my moms for lunch, but my back was hurting to much. So her and  April (my ten year old great niece) came over and brought lunch to me. Other then that I didn't do anything.

James is still in Iowa. His little girl will turn two soon. She is a cute little thing! :)

Hot and Humid....yuck

Really been hot and humid. I'll go on and say it....I'm ready for Fall. I just don't like the heat, and I really don't like when it's humid. O'well....just try and stay cool.

My tomatoe plants ain't doing good this Summer. I don't know why, but a lot of my tomatoes are turning black on the bottom. :(

Only a little over a month to Football season. :)

Hot, sticky, humid days of Summer

It's July. Hot, sticky, humid days are here. Yuck. I would like Summer a lot more if it was like 75 and nice every day. O'well.....

Not a lot to say....because not a lot has been going on. I guess that's good. Like I said before, I'll take boring over drama any day!

Jamers is back in Iowa....again

Been sunny and hot the last few days. I don't like the heat, but my plants out on the patio seems to....as long as I water them every day.

Well, James is back in Iowa....again. He left Wednesday and got there last night. Like always, I just want him to be safe and happy. I hope he grows up soon and starts taking responsibility for himself. You can't be moving from place to place all the time living off people your whole life. He is a dad, it's about time he starts acting like it. I just hope he dosn't end up like his mom and not take any responsibility for his kids.

It's not hard to be a good parent....you just have to want to! But a lot of people don't want to these days. They whether buy beer or drugs or whatever, then spend any money on their own kids. Or, they whether be out chasing guys/girls all the time, then being home with their kids. Don't even get me started. If I can be a single parent all these years....anyone (man or woman) can be a parent! If your not a good parent.....it's because YOU DON'T WANT TO BE!

Cool rainy April

Didn't know it's been soo long since I wrote in this. I guess it's a sign of a boring life. O'well....that's ok. I like boring over drama any day! :)

We had a few nice days this month, but over all April has been pretty much cool and rainy. I got all my plants out on the patio....and growing my tomato plants again.

Is it Spring yet....no

Well, It's March, so I would like to say Spring is almost here. BUT....it's calling for the biggest snow storm of the Winter in a few days. Anyway, Spring will be here soon enough.....and I'm ready! I'm really ready!!

James is back....again. Yes, He is back in Virginia again. He is 18 now, so this time he is living with a girl....and her family. I just wish he would get his life in order.

Other then that....not alot been going on. Just waiting on the warm weather to get here.....

Blah time of the year....

Nothing a lot to talk about. This winter has been mixed up! It get's cold for a week, then gets warm.....then get's cold again. Been like that all Winter. I'm ready for Spring!

Ummmmmmm......like I said, other then Blah weather, that's about it! Blah!!

O'yeah, Jamers turned 18 on Jan.28th! Makes me feel old....

Blah....

So, Christmas and New Years is over. Now it's time for cold, dark, gloomy days for the next three months.....Blah.

Well, Jamers is out in Iowa now. He left last Friday afternoon and got out there Saturday night. As always, I just want him to be safe and happy. He will be 18 years old in a few weeks. I hope he starts to get his life in order.
